农夫乐事 FaQ 启示
农夫乐事作为一个 Minecraft 模组,以较少的物品量和丰富的玩法夺得了众多玩家的喜爱与欢迎。这到底是为什么?其实答案都藏在 Discord 的 FaQ 里了。
🌽 Why won't you add X, Y or Z crop? Why just these four crops?
My goal with the new crops was to open doors for new recipes using Minecraft's existing ingredients, while avoiding clutter. Cabbage, Tomato, Onion and Rice are very versatile ingredients for many recipes, like salads, sandwiches, garnishes, stuffings and such.
This isn't to say that more crops are out of the question, though! I would love to add more (even ones not fully related to food), but simply haven't found ones that are as versatile as these four yet. Who knows!

🪵 Any reason why we need to strip logs on a Cutting Board to get Tree Bark? Why not on the logs directly?
Not all players will be bothering with FD on modpacks or servers, and players frequently strip logs to decorate their builds.
If I made all logs give bark when stripped, it would rapidly clutter a player's inventory with an item they might not want to have, frustrating them. Hence why the Cutting Board is the route for it: to make it opt-in.
🪵 为什么要在切板上剥原木才能得到树皮?为什么不直接在原木上剥?
并不是所有玩家都会在整合包或服务器上使用农夫乐事,而且玩家经常剥离原木来装饰自己的建筑。
如果我让所有原木在剥离时都能产生树皮,那么玩家的库存中就会迅速塞满他们可能不想拥有的物品,从而使他们感到沮丧。因此,“砧板”才是实现这一目标的途径:让玩家选择使用。
给用户选择自由,避免帮用户做了用户不喜欢的事。
